This watch is an extremely rare example of the very first watch that ever appeared on the wrist of James Bond in the movie franchise. It originally appeared briefly in Dr. No before the Rolex 5638 which Connery was later given to wear. A Rolex 5638 cannot be found anywhere for less than 6 figures- mostly due to its appearance in Dr. This particular example is the same exact style of watch that Sean Connery personally owned and wore on-screen on multiple occasions while portraying James Bond.
